2) Say I Do!

Complete the Pop Up Weddings online registration form to start the process.

3) Connect with the Pop Up Weddings Team

A representative from Pop Up Weddings will be in touch within 48 hours to begin the wedding planning!

4) Face-to-Face Meeting with Your Pop Up Wedding Coordinator

As part of the Pop Up Wedding Package, you will meet one-on-one with your very own Pop Up Weddings Coordinator, who will deal with all the non-romantic experiences that take away from the excitement of the wedding ceremony.

During this initial meeting you will have the opportunity to personalize the following details for your special day:

  • Floral & Decor
    • Based on your chosen theme, work with your Pop Up Weddings Coordinator to customize the elements of décor available.
  • Styles subject to change with trends and seasons.
  • Based on seasonal availability, your Pop Up Weddings Coordinator will work through the various options available for your custom bouquet and boutonniere.
  • Marriage License
  • Pop Up Weddings is licensed to issue Marriage Licenses. This fee is included in your overall package price. Please ensure to provide identification for proof of age (18 years or older). Acceptable documents for identification can include:
    • Birth Certificate
    • Passport or US Passport Card
    • Citizenship Certificate (Canadian or United States)
    • Canada Immigration documents
    • Canadian Armed Forces Identification Card
    • Government of Canada Indian Status Card
    • Driver’s Licence (photo ID) with one of the following:
      • Manitoba Health Card
      • Senior Citizen Card/Old Age Security Card
      • Change of Name Certificate
      • Social Insurance Card
  • Vows
    • Our Marriage Commissioner, Jeannette from “Turning Points: Ceremonies Celebrating Life” has created a beautiful ceremony package that we know you will love! The ceremony has a selection of Readings, Vows, and Ring Exchange options you can choose from to make your ceremony very personal, unique and memorable.  A ceremony that will reflect your feelings for each other and your hopes for the future.

If you would like to incorporate something different into your ceremony, such as a ritual to symbolize the unity of a new marriage, your cultural uniqueness, or the welcoming of children together as a new family, Jeannette will be delighted to make this happen.

5) Pop Up Wedding Deposit

Based on the package chosen, Pop Up Weddings will provide you a final contract. A 50% deposit is required upon contract signing. Remaining balance is due one week before your wedding day.

6) Invite your guests and select your wedding attire

  • Complete your guest list
  • Send your invitations
  • Bridal dress and groom tux shopping!

7) The Wedding Day Ceremony!

The big day has arrived!

Don’t stress over the little details and let us take care of everything!

Guests and Wedding Party will be asked to arrive no more than 30-minutes prior to the ceremony, where they will be personally greeted and escorted to their seats, while the Wedding Party is whisked away for a private wedding party champagne reception before the big event.

Your unique and private ceremony includes your personal selection of pre-recorded music (or instrumental if you choose) for the prelude and processional. Order of ceremony will be as follows:

  • Welcome
  • Exchange of Vows
  • Exchange of Rings
  • Presentation of the Bride and Groom
  • Recessional

Immediately following the ceremony, the Wedding Party, family and invited friends will take part in a 45-minute professional photo shoot.

For those who choose to do so, continue your celebration at a pre-determined offsite location.
