Pop Up Weddings are stylish, pre-planned and designed wedding ceremonies that take place in one day for discerning couples.

Multiple celebrations take place in one day, at the same venue, but never at the same time. You get the private, stress free wedding ceremony of your dreams at a fraction of the cost, simply by sharing the big ticket expenses – namely venue rental, decor, floral and photography!

Together with our preferred vendors and suppliers, we created a number of stylish and exceptional wedding packages (in keeping with the season’s latest trends!) at Winnipeg’s most exclusive and unique venues. Simply choose your from our available selection of venues and dates, invite your guests, show up in your finest and celebrate your love. Let us take care of the rest!

How does a pop up wedding day run?

Our stylish Wedding Ceremony Packages promise to take your breath away! Featuring:

  • Marriage Commissioner (and personalized vows!)

Bridal party and guests are to arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled ceremony.

On arrival, your personal wedding day coordinator will greet you and your guests, ensuring a seamless transition throughout the event. Guests will be directed to their seats, while the bridal party is whisked away to their private bridal party arrival and reception area.

You and your beloved will celebrate your promise to each other in a beautiful 30-minute ceremony, followed by a 45-minute professional photo shoot. Then, simply party the night away at on offsite venue of your choosing!

Will other weddings take place at the same time as mine?

Multiple ceremonies will happen in one day, at the same location, but never at the same time. You benefit from the shared expense without paying the full cost of venue rental, décor, floral, marriage commissioner and photography!

How many guests can I invite?

We recommend inviting no more than 100 of your nearest and dearest, depending on the venue capacity (each venue is different).

What does my photo session include?

Each couple will receive a 45-minute session. High-resolution downloadable photographs will be provided to you as part of your pop up wedding package.

Will my wedding be the same as others?

Your ceremony will be as unique as your love for each other. From the custom vows and bridal floral to special décor touches and music selection, we promise to create a personalized experience for each couple.
